Cancellation, Refund, and Expiration Policies

We require that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full fee of the appointment. No refunds. All sessions and packages are redeemable for up to 6 months after the purchase date. Management reserves the right to make exceptions regarding cancellations resulting from extreme emergencies or severe weather.
